Rhythmic Leg Swing


Required Equipment

  • A chair or pole may be used as needed for support.  You can also stand near a wall!

Starting Position

  • Standing with feet approximately shoulder width apart.

Procedure

  • In a rhythmic fashion, keeping the knee relatively straight, bring your leg forward in front of you and then back behind you.

Coaching Keys

  • Don’t complicate this simple move!  SImply swing the leg forward and back in a “controlled” fashion.
