Rise up on your toes while shrugging your shoulders at the same time.

This might feel like you were at the very “top” of lifting something heavier just a “little bit higher”. Think rise up on your toes and shrug the shoulders, “Rise and shrug.”
How It Should Feel
With time the movement can become more fluid giving the mover a rhythmic type motion on this move. Light weights or cans in your hands make this more challenging!
