Two Handed Walk and Carry

Required Equipment

-A flat even surface to walk and weighted objects.  The weighted items can be two separate objects such as dumbbells or two grocery bags loaded or a single object such as a box loaded with weight.

Starting Position

-Start in a standing position with a weighted object in each had.  The objects can be two separate objects such as dumbbells or two small suitcases or a single object such as a box loaded with weight.

Procedure

-Holding the weighted object, walk 8-10 feet with the object/s in hand and then return to the starting point.

Coaching Keys

-Use a weight that is challenging and make sure to keep the object/s close to your body!
