When will my online payment post to my account?
Your payment will be acknowledged immediately with an emailed receipt from email@example.com, however it may take up to 12 business days to post to your account. If you receive a statement that doesn't reflect your recent online payment, please disregard any balance that has already been paid. If you have any questions about your current statement, please call our central billing office at 805-250-5393. Our billing team is happy to assist you.
I didn't receive an emailed receipt. What should I do?
Check your email spam or junk folder for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you still are unsure whether your payment was submitted, please call our administrative office at 805-250-5393.
