Luke D. Gentry started his university education at Western Oregon University where he studied Business and Biology. From there, he continued his studies at Trinity Western University in British Colombia, Canada to complete a Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) in 2004.

At Trinity Western University, he worked as a Sports Therapist for the Men’s Basketball team for three years. Luke then pursued a graduate degree at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California in which he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2007. Luke went on to complete a post-doctoral residency in orthopedics and became a board certified orthopedic clinic specialist (OCS). He is actively involved with various local schools and the community charities to improve the overall healthcare education and lifestyle. He enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, climbing, jogging, white water rafting and kayaking, in addition to enjoying spending time with his wife Crystal.

Matthew Wilson

PT, DPT

Matthew Wilson was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, and then started his university education at the University of Miami, where he studied Exercise Physiology with minors in Sports Medicine and Business Administration. While at school Matthew was a Division I varsity athlete in cross country and track & field.

He ended his career as the 2nd fastest miler in school history and was named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll three times. After college, Matthew worked as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient orthopedic clinic and started a weekly community wellness program at the local high school to promote healthy lifestyles. He also coached the high school cross country and track & field teams, and received his United States Track and Field Coaching Certificate.

Matthew pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. During his time at school he was a class representative in the Student Physical Therapy Associate and worked as a teacher's assistant. He also completed his Manual Therapy Certification course work and looks forward to completing his certification. He graduated in December 2015 with High Honors.

After graduation Matthew moved to the Coachella Valley to begin his career at Avid Physical Therapy. He is planning to start the Orthopedic Residency program in July 2016 to hone his skills while becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He enjoys working within an active community and helping patients regain functionality to return to their hobbies and jobs without pain. He also has experience consulting with NFL players.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys running, playing football and basketball, and looks forward to getting more involved with the Coachella Valley community. He hopes to become involved with youth/high school track & field and help promote community wellness.

Juden was born and raised in the Philippines. He immigrated to the US in 2010 with his family and started to pursue a career in the healthcare field. He graduated his Physical Therapist Assistant program in San Juan College in New Mexico on December 2021 and recently became licensed in the state of California in early May of 2022. In addition to being a physical therapist assistant, he also completed his nursing degree in 2014 from College of the Desert and has worked in Eisenhower Medical Center’s orthopedic and pain management departments. Outside of his professional role, Juden enjoys being outdoors, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and trying new experiences.

D’Arcy was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. She was a 3x NCAA qualifier at Baldwin-Wallace University, in cross country and track and field, and went on to Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA to earn her doctorate in physical therapy. After graduation in 2012, she moved to the Golden State, where she completed an orthopedic residency program, and earned the designation of Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2017. Out of the clinic, D’Arcy is an avid runner, rock climber, skier, and hiker, who thoroughly enjoys road trips and camping all over the United States with her fiancé and their three dogs.

Triana was raised in Santa Cruz, California. Before pursuing Physical Therapy, she studied piano performance and composition, and in 2019 graduated with an Associate in Arts in Music from Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University of San Marcos in 2021. Following graduation, Triana completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Concorde Career College in San Diego. Triana received her Physical Therapist Assistant Licence in 2023. Outside of her professional role, Triana enjoys rock climbing, hiking, knitting, and spending time with her family.
