J.C. Vargas
Clinic Director - PT, DPT
Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, I have always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their full potential. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State University, San Bernardino, where I built a strong foundation in movement science and human performance. Before pursuing graduate school, I gained valuable hands-on experience as a personal trainer, helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness.
In 2020, I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. Since then, I have dedicated my career to guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey with a focus on long-term health and well-being. I am a strong advocate of a holistic approach—strengthening both the mind and body to achieve optimal results and empowering patients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through golf, yoga, and running, as well as exploring new places and cultures through travel.
